The biggest challenge of meditation is to calm my thoughts and stay focused. I often notice that I want help with this and I like to find gentle help in stones. Today I would like to name the 10 gemstones that can help to strengthen the effect of your meditation: they are for your inner strength. The 10 gemstones for inner strength:

1. Hematite

Hematite is a stone that is reminiscent of metal. It is usually gray to black in color, but can also be a weathered red or reddish-brown color. Characteristic is the metallic shine when the stone is cut.

Hematite is known as a grounding stone and that is exactly what I meditate for. An excellent stone to support you in that process. The stone could also help balance your body and mind.

Personally, I think this is a very mystical stone with a particularly soft appearance. He gives you the soft and feminine energy of the moon and strengthens your intuition. The stone calms a restless mind and frees you from thoughts that keep popping up during your meditation. Perfect for anyone who wants to meditate in peace for a longer period of time.

8. Amethyst

Just because of its beautiful purple color, I find amethyst a perfect stone to meditate with. Amethyst is also a very spiritual stone. The high vibration of this crystal helps to strengthen your intuition and take your spiritual growth to a higher level.

Amethyst has other fine properties for meditation. It helps to reduce stress and calm busy thoughts.

9. Ametrine

Ametrine is a special stone, because it is a combination of amethyst and citrine. Thus it also contains the properties of both stones. I know citrine as a cheerful stone that provides warming protection. That is very pleasant during a meditation.

Amethyst vibrates at a high energy and imparts consciousness. Both are very welcome when you meditate. In ametrine, both stones come together, allowing you to take advantage of the effect of both.

10. Tiger Eye

I have always found tiger eye a special stone. The shiny brown and the stripes in it appeal to the imagination. This stone gives strength and concentration during a meditation session.
