Protect and cleanse your aura
What causes an unprotected aura?
Everyone has heard the jokes about getting close to an aura. Or heard of having an aura closed. But what does this actually mean? To explain how to protect an aura, we must start with: what is an aura and how does it become so open?
An aura simply means your energetic field, your energy field around you. This one should consist of your own fine energy and the energies of your guides and people who mean well. When people talk about an open aura, they often mean high sensitivity. When you are very sensitive, you are more likely to absorb negative energies from everywhere. And how do you become so sensitive? That has to do with your life lessons, your character, your environment and your past lives. In other words: your interests, your open or closed character, your karma and your memories from past lives make you more or less sensitive.
Consequences of your oversized aura without protecting it
When your aura is very open, you simply receive a lot stimuli† What are incentives? That simply means everything that is there: deceased, guides, stuff and things that move, people, sound, temperatures, etc.. What you are most sensitive to, that strikes you the most. One simply never pays attention to temperature, and the other very much. And one is never bothered by sound, and the other is very sensitive to it. That has to do with your gift. Temperature is often clairvoyance. Sound is clairaudience.
As with high sensitivity, gifts are formed by the same four areas that form high sensitivity. I'm going to give an example for each:
-If you're in a previous life If you've been poor that left you out in the cold, you're more likely to be clairsentient in this life. Because you subconsciously remember how much you hated that and your gift wants to prevent that;
-When you're in your area hear a lot about ghosts and talk about them freely, then your clairvoyance can develop faster. There are also some hereditary factors intertwined with. But if you are in an unsafe environment, you can also develop clairvoyance to, for example, predict in advance when you have to flee the house;
-Your character: if you have a fear of contamination, you are more likely to develop clairvoyance or clairsentience. Clairsentience to help determine what is clean and what is not. Clear sniffing is actually the same;
-If it's you life lesson is to learn to deal with boundaries, there is a good chance that you will develop clairvoyance, because that makes your lesson difficult but instructive: you feel what someone else needs, but you still have to stand up for yourself.
And when your aura is too open without protecting it, it can take on nasty forms: such as getting a rash when it comes to clairsentience, scary dreams as clairvoyant, and often smelling stench as clairsmelling.
Finally, it can get annoying if you suffer from a annoying environment, because then their bad intentions come in hard through stimuli through your main gift. Such as getting eczema from certain people (clairsentience) or seeing guided spirits in dreams (clairvoyance) or a stuffy nose (clear smelling).
Your third eye
Fortunately, there are also some really fun sides to working with your aura. It's not all doom and gloom. Did you know that if you train your aura, your third eye opens more easily? This gives you beautiful visions!
Rituals to clean your shield
Fortunately, there are many accessible ways to clean your aura. Some methods work temporarily and some work for a longer period of time.
As temporary ways you can think of energetic tricks. Stimuli are very literal and are literally on your skin if you are feeling, on your ears if you are hearing, etc.. Sometimes all you have to do is rub it off or take a shower or a door after you are somewhere region to close more consciously. The key word is 'conscious'. Do these actions consciously and it will work. After all, you receive stimuli so that you are aware of something in yourself or about others† However, this sometimes also makes the effect of a temporary nature: because in some cases you do not yet know why you feel the stimuli this way. But sometimes you are lucky, and it is sufficient and permanent to rub off the angry cashier who sat on your throat chakra.
As long-lasting ways you can think of learning dealing with energy cords† This is where awareness applies: why do you feel the other person's emotions so strongly? Why do you observe scary ghosts in dreams? The better you know why something is (eg out of jealousy, warning or to help the other) the better and longer all exercises work.
Protect/close your aura
As an extension of breaking cords or temporarily shaking off stimuli, you can also protect your aura before a certain stimulus connects to you† For example, if you know that a colleague always gives you a headache, out of jealousy or because she herself has a full head, you can think about this every morning, break your tightrope, and never have that headache again.
Although I am a fan of becoming aware (why do these incentives + complaint happen to me?) so that people come out stronger and wiser, there are also people simply too tired for learning how to remove or block cords. That is also understandable. For example, because they are too young or old, have a disability, are ill or are too tired due to trauma. There is also a method for them, of course. You can then think of have your aura partially closed off or carry an object with you that partially closes your aura when you hold it. Others prefer to use a ritual with sage.
Why I mention 'partial' is because: if you would completely protect/close your aura, you would no longer be able to feel your intuition. That's simply something the universe doesn't agree with, in my opinion, and that's why shutting down an aura never works 100%. You would be avoiding your life lesson by doing so. After all, your aura is open because of your lesson, and that of others is much less open because of their (other) lessons. And that lesson, you can learn to deal with it. Lessons are not always easy or to learn in one lifetime.
