How the hsp shield works

Some people become born highly sensitive† This means that they receive more stimuli than other people. They lack an energetic shield. Stimuli come in too much and can't get out and that causes complaints. That's what the open aura is (largely) closed for! Don't close it completely, of course, because then you no longer have your intuition.
