Visualizing: how does that work against pain complaints?

A visualization is brought to the subconscious† You visualize something and your subconscious executes it, provided it understands you. A subconscious acts as a child of 7, that's why I sometimes call it a mini-me, and so you have to be extra clear.
What is the meaning of visualization?
When you visualize, you can protect from others energies† Energies to think about are consciously directed negative energies, jealousy, but also energy from people with strong character who accidentally oppress you because you are so sensitive. If you are highly sensitive, you can hardly afford not to visualize. Boven wants you to learn to deal with this: that is why you are highly sensitive. They have agreed this for you or for you together.
Even practical: visualize is most commonly used to fend off taking over someone else's pain and feelings. This can feel as if they are your own complaints. Of course you can always consider training for this for a tailor-made visualization for you.
What is the best way to create a visualization?
A visualization works best if you:
- clearly are so that a 7-year-old child, namely your subconscious, understands you;
– your visualization matches the problem: if you suffer from someone's jealousy: visualize that you are protected. Make sure that nothing can get through through your visualization in terms of jealousy. And do you suffer a lot from jealousy or even physically? Then put down your visualization with, for example, a few hand gestures and a lot of force. It may seem crazy: to exert force for something you don't see: but you don't see the pain that jealousy gives, but it hurts. So it's just the right thing to tackle the pain forcefully;
- no holes while visualizing or no vulnerable visualization put down: if you visualize yourself in a hole or something with no bottom or top, jealousy, to take that example, can still get through.
– your visualization persists: your colleague's jealousy is there every day, so you train'visualization musclealso every day. If you miss it for a day, your body, mind and performance and especially your subconscious will not understand why you stop and drop your previous visualizations. This way you are no longer protected;
- allow your pain before visualizing it away.

Bonus tip
For when you have already developed a bit further with visualisation: sometimes your subconscious or above can decide that you can learn more for a while, such as becoming even more clairsentient for a while. Then your usual visualization can suddenly fall short and you have to adjust it.
